Chatting with Bandit

This is from August 24, 2024. Just hanging out, chatting with our CAG (Congo African Grey). He’s a chatterbox! He’s practicing sounds and learning words and phrases and perfecting the way they sound. I’m working with him and pronouncing everything he’s saying so he can get it clearer. We’ve had many birds and when greys get good, it will give you the shivers, they sound so much like another person in the room talking to you.

I started posting on Youtube because the longer videos were a struggle to upload on the website. With Youtube they load for viewing so much faster and I just embed them here on the site. I didn’t anticipate how many people would like to see his videos. It’s been three weeks since I uploaded his first video and he has over 60 subscribers and over 10k views. Now he REALLY thinks he’s kind of a big deal!
